All vehicle rentals are fulfilled by independent rental suppliers, and their individual terms, conditions, and policies may also apply to your booking.

3. Booking Conditions

All reservations made through Global Cars Reservation are subject to:

  • Vehicle availability
  • Supplier approval
  • Successful payment authorization
  • Driver eligibility verification
  • Compliance with supplier rental policies

We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle model, color, feature, or brand unless confirmed by the rental supplier.

4. Customer Requirements

To complete a reservation and collect a rental vehicle, customers may be required to provide:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Government-issued photo identification
  • A valid credit card
  • Proof of insurance (if required by supplier)

The primary driver must meet the minimum age requirements established by the rental supplier.

Additional documentation may be requested at the time of vehicle pickup.

Failure to provide valid or matching documentation may result in:

  • Reservation cancellation
  • Denial of vehicle release
  • Forfeiture of the prepaid booking amount

5. Pricing & Additional Charges

The total booking amount may not include certain additional fees imposed by rental suppliers or local authorities.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Taxes
  • Security deposits
  • Fuel charges
  • Toll fees
  • Airport surcharges
  • Insurance fees
  • Young driver fees
  • Additional driver fees
  • Late return penalties
  • Traffic or parking violations

Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable additional charges.

6. Payments & Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us and/or our third-party suppliers to charge applicable booking fees and related charges.

Some suppliers may place a temporary hold or security deposit on your payment method at the time of pickup.

Failure to provide valid payment authorization may result in cancellation of the reservation.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Show Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the rental supplier, booking type, location, and timing of cancellation.

Payment Forfeiture

All prepaid, upfront, or booking amounts are strictly non-refundable in the event of:

  • Customer cancellation
  • Failure to pick up the vehicle
  • Incomplete documentation at pickup
  • Supplier denial due to eligibility issues

Once a reservation is confirmed, the prepaid booking amount cannot be refunded unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

No-Show Policy

Customers are required to collect the rental vehicle within the grace period specified by the rental supplier, typically between 1 to 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time.

Failure to arrive within the permitted timeframe may result in the booking being marked as a “No-Show.”

In such cases:

  • The reservation may be automatically cancelled
  • The vehicle may be released to other customers
  • No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided for the prepaid amount

Early Returns & Late Pick-Ups

No partial, prorated, or unused-day refunds will be issued for vehicles returned earlier than the scheduled drop-off date.

Similarly:

  • Delayed pickups do not extend the original rental duration
  • Customers remain responsible for the full confirmed booking amount

Non-Refundable Add-Ons

Additional products or services purchased during booking are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Travel insurance
  • Collision damage waivers
  • Roadside assistance packages
  • GPS devices
  • Child seats
  • Additional accessories or upgrades

Supplier & Force Majeure Exceptions

If the rental supplier cancels the reservation due to circumstances directly caused by the supplier, such as:

  • Vehicle unavailability
  • Mechanical failure
  • Operational issues

or due to certain unforeseeable events including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Severe weather conditions

then eligible refunds may be processed in accordance with supplier policies and applicable laws.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and supplier processing procedures.

Customers are encouraged to review cancellation policies carefully before confirming a reservation.

8. Reservation Modifications

Changes to reservations, including dates, vehicle type, pickup location, or driver information, are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Modification requests may result in additional charges or updated pricing.

9. Prohibited Activities

Customers agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempt fraudulent bookings
  • Misuse the website or services
  • Violate applicable laws or supplier rental agreements

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or restrict reservations suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Global Cars Reservation acts solely as a booking assistance and reservation platform.

We are not liable for:

  • Vehicle condition or availability
  • Accidents, damages, or injuries
  • Supplier service failures
  • Delays, cancellations, or overbookings
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Additional supplier-imposed charges

Any disputes related to the rental vehicle or supplier services must be resolved directly with the rental supplier.

11. Third-Party Suppliers

Rental suppliers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Insurance coverage
  • Rental agreements
  • Customer service during the rental period
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

Supplier policies may differ depending on location and rental provider.

12. Communication Consent

By submitting a reservation or contacting us, customers consent to receive:

  • Phone calls
  • SMS/text messages
  • Emails
  • Booking confirmations
  • Customer support communications
  • Promotional offers (where permitted by law)

Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Intellectual Property
