1. Cancellation Policy

Bookings made through Global Cars Reservation may be cancelled subject to the cancellation terms, timelines, and conditions of the respective rental supplier.

  • Free or partial cancellation may apply if cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
  • Late cancellations may incur cancellation charges.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts may vary depending on:

  • Supplier policies
  • Vehicle type
  • Pickup location
  • Booking date and timing
  • Special promotional or non-refundable rates

2. No-Show Policy

A booking may be considered a “No-Show” if:

  • The customer fails to arrive at the pickup location
  • Required documents are not provided
  • A valid payment method is unavailable
  • The customer arrives beyond the supplier’s grace period

No-show reservations are generally non-refundable and may result in full cancellation charges.


3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider
  • Bank processing timelines
  • Supplier approval
  • Card issuer policies

Global Cars Reservation is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card providers, or third-party payment processors.


4. Reservation Cancellation Rights

Global Cars Reservation reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings suspected of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of services
  • Incorrect or misleading information
  • Unauthorized payment methods
  • Violation of supplier policies

In such cases, refunds may be denied subject to investigation results and supplier terms.


5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact Global Cars Reservation directly to resolve any booking, billing, or payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By completing a booking, the customer:

  • Authorizes the agreed payment amount
  • Accepts all applicable terms and conditions
  • Accepts cancellation and refund policies
  • Accepts supplier rental conditions

Fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks may be challenged using evidence including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Payment authorization records
  • Signed authorization forms
  • Call recordings
  • Email and SMS communications
  • IP address and transaction logs

Chargebacks related to valid and confirmed reservations may be formally disputed accordingly.
